General Polish

I have gone through and improved the mouse controls a bit. I am planning on moving everything over to Rewired at some point (probably next) and then I will do a little more control tweaks. I was unhappy with the way the story was being rolled out in big blobs of text, so I have added a simple dialog system with portraits. I broke the intro up into a cutscene of sorts as well.

The UI has been improved overall with layout, sounds, and better response when using a controller.
