UI and SFX

A more snazzy title screen, some sound effects, and UI elements that fit the game a bit better.

I'm considering making this my "Display Case" game. Which means I will over time replace the pills with characters from other games I've worked on. Could be fun.

Anyways, I have a couple other mechanics I want to put in, and maybe some balance stuff to make the game flow a bit faster.
